Purchaser Responsibility
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their possession, handling, research activities, and use of materials comply with applicable law, institutional requirements, and product labeling.
Cryptocurrency payments only.
PCH Labs currently accepts payment only through USDC on the Solana network or SOL.
Accepted Payment Methods
Customers must use one of the supported cryptocurrency payment methods shown below when completing an order.
Customers are responsible for verifying the recipient wallet address, cryptocurrency type, network, and payment amount before transmitting funds. USDC payments must be sent using the Solana network. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible after blockchain confirmation. Never provide a wallet seed phrase or private key.
All sales are final.
Customers should carefully review the research material, amount, quantity, price, payment information, shipping selection, optional insurance selection, and delivery address before completing payment.
No Returns
PCH Labs does not accept returns after a completed sale except where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.
No Exchanges
Completed purchases are not eligible for exchanges because of customer preference, ordering error, change of mind, or a request to substitute another catalog item.
No Voluntary Refunds
All sales are final. PCH Labs does not provide voluntary refunds after a completed sale except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Order Verification
Customers are responsible for verifying their order information before transmitting cryptocurrency. Once an order and payment have been accepted, changes may not be available.
Customer-selected shipping with fast processing.
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment has been confirmed. Shipping cost depends on the delivery option selected by the customer.
Free standard shipping on orders over $280.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $280 qualify for the standard $15 shipping option at no charge. If a customer selects a premium or higher-cost shipping method, the $15 standard-shipping value is applied and the customer is responsible for the remaining difference. Optional shipping insurance is separate from the free-shipping promotion.
Normal Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. This is a normal processing target and is not an absolute guarantee.
Processing Exceptions
Processing may occasionally take longer because of weekends, holidays, inventory verification, carrier availability, severe weather, operational interruptions, or other circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping normally ranges from approximately $15 to $60 depending on the shipping method selected by the customer, destination, carrier, and available delivery service.
Customer Selects Shipping
Customers may select from the available shipping options offered for the order. Faster, premium, or specialized shipping services may carry higher charges.
Optional Shipping Insurance
Customers may choose to add shipping insurance for an additional charge of $1 per $100 of order value. Insurance is optional and should be selected before the shipment is processed.
Insurance Example
A $100 order may carry a $1 optional insurance charge, a $300 order may carry a $3 charge, and a $500 order may carry a $5 charge.
Insurance Coverage
Where insurance is selected, coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, documentation requirements, and reimbursement are subject to the terms applicable to the carrier or insurance provider.
Final Shipping Cost
The applicable shipping charge and any selected insurance charge should be disclosed before payment is completed.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate and deliverable shipping address and should carefully review all address information before completing the order.
Tracking
When tracking information is available for the selected shipping service, it may be provided after the shipment has been processed.
Carrier Delays
Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, transportation conditions, and other circumstances outside PCH Labs' direct control may affect delivery after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Unshipped Orders
Where applicable law requires cancellation, delay consent, or a refund because merchandise cannot be shipped within the required or promised time, PCH Labs will handle the order in accordance with those requirements.
Certificate of Analysis policy.
Available analytical documentation is provided to assist with scientific recordkeeping and sample or batch identification.
Batch-Specific Results
A Certificate of Analysis applies to the sample, lot, batch, or laboratory submission identified within the original analytical report.
No Universal Representation
A laboratory result for one tested sample should not automatically be interpreted as a result for another batch, lot, future production run, or different research material.
Original Report Controls
Website summaries are provided for convenience. If there is a difference between a website summary and an original laboratory report, the original laboratory report should control.
Independent Laboratories
Where reports were issued by independent analytical laboratories, the laboratory is responsible for its own testing methods, measurements, reporting, and statements contained in the report.
Identity, chromatographic purity, quantity, sterility, endotoxin, and other analytical measurements address different scientific questions.
Testing methodology, sample identifiers, report dates, laboratory notes, and reported limitations may provide important context for analytical results.
Pricing and availability.
The website catalog provides current research-material listings and pricing information but does not guarantee permanent pricing or continuous availability.
Pricing May Change
Catalog prices may be modified without prior notice. The applicable price is the price confirmed for the order before payment is transmitted.
Availability May Change
Research-material availability may change based on inventory, documentation, operational considerations, or other business factors.
Listing Errors
PCH Labs may correct typographical, pricing, description, or catalog errors discovered before an order is accepted.
Order Acceptance

The website and catalog may not be used to facilitate activity that violates applicable law.
Research-Use Restrictions
Statements indicating an intent to use Research Use Only materials contrary to their labeling may result in an order being declined or access restricted.
Fraud Prevention
PCH Labs may review, hold, reject, or request additional information concerning activity reasonably suspected to involve fraud or payment manipulation.

Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through email or other communication channels.
Order Information
Information reasonably necessary to process communications, orders, payment confirmation, and shipping may be used for those operational purposes.
Do Not Send Credentials
Never send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, authentication codes, or other account-security credentials to PCH Labs.
