CURRENT SHIPPING PROMOTION
Free standard shipping on orders over $280.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $280 qualify for the standard $15 shipping option at no charge. If a higher-cost shipping option is selected, the $15 standard-shipping value is applied and the customer pays the remaining difference. Optional shipping insurance is separate.

Access and purchasing are restricted to visitors
who certify that they are at least

legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific,
and educational research. They are not presented
for human or animal consumption, administration,
diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention,
clinical use, or veterinary use.
No. PCH Labs does not provide medical,
veterinary, diagnostic, prescribing,
treatment, dosing, or administration guidance.

Payments
PCH Labs currently accepts
USDC on the Solana network
and SOL.
USDC must be sent using the
Solana network.
Always verify the cryptocurrency, network,
wallet address, and amount before sending funds.
No. PCH Labs will never require your wallet seed phrase,
recovery phrase, private key, password, or authentication
code to receive or verify a payment.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after
confirmation. Customers should carefully verify the
network, wallet address, token, and amount before
sending payment.

Shipping & Processing
Shipping normally ranges from approximately
$15 to $60, depending on the
shipping service selected, destination, carrier,
and available delivery option.
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within
24 hours after the order is placed
and payment is confirmed. This is a normal processing
target and not an absolute guarantee.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal

If the customer chooses a higher-cost shipping method,
the $15 shipping value is applied and the customer
pays the difference.
Yes. Optional shipping insurance may be added for
$1 per $100 of order value.

shipping service, it may be provided after
the shipment has been processed.

Sales, Returns & Pricing
All sales are final. PCH Labs does not accept voluntary
returns, exchanges, or refunds after a completed sale,
except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
Changes may not be available after an order and
cryptocurrency payment have been accepted. Customers
should carefully verify the product, amount, quantity,
shipping option, and address before transmitting payment.
Yes. Catalog prices and availability may change.
The applicable price is the price confirmed for
the order before payment is transmitted.

Certificates of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is an analytical
laboratory report associated with a particular submitted
sample, lot, batch, or laboratory identifier.

No. A laboratory result applies to the sample, lot,
batch, or submission identified in that specific report
and should not automatically be assumed to represent
another batch.
No. Purity, identity, quantity, sterility,
endotoxin, and other laboratory measurements
address different analytical questions.
